Wenn Du Dein Gerät zur Überprüfung einsenden möchtest, sende bitte eine E-Mail an rma@hkaudio.com mit folgenden Informationen:

• Name, Vorname
• Rechnungs- bzw. Lieferadresse
• Defektes Gerät / defekte Geräte
• Seriennummern der betroffenen Geräte
• Sendest Du das gesamte Gerät oder nur die Elektronikeinheit (Montage-Einschub)
• Falls ein Gewährleistungs- oder Garantiefall vorliegt, benötigen wir die Kopie Deines Kaufbelegs bzw. Deiner Garantie-Urkunde
• Zusätzliche Informationen

• Are you sending the entire device or just the electronics unit (mounting module)?
• If this is a warranty claim, we will need a copy of your proof of purchase or warranty certificate.
